I have ideated and executed all of these personally, learned through early-stage muscle-building, and developed an eye for how young changemakers create real value with little.
In addition to my startup work, I am pursuing my degree in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) from Dhaka University, where I had taught English for over a year, helping students to be eligible for better professional opportunities and communicate with the world.
Suppose the description dimension of my trajectory made sense. In that case, it is because it has an everyday use case: empowering future founders from zero (purpose), to one (education), and the rest is all execution (more on that later).
About My Journey
I am Abu Musa Al Rahi, a startup initiator, ecosystem builder, and an avid supporter of youth in developing countries to be globally competitive founders and leaders. I work across education, entrepreneurship, and innovation, with a mission to build 1,000+ founders and future leaders and to catalyze $1T+ in innovation and impact by 2050.
In 2018, I founded Ajker School, an education platform for Madrasa-based students. Ajker School aims to bridge digital learning gaps in underserved communities, and this is how my entrepreneurial journey began. Armed with the experience of 2022, I built
Darsoodemy, a campus-based personal growth platform in 2023, aimed at bridging the gap between learning and application. In 2025, I am coming up with Monohore. This e-commerce business understands women and is driven by culture and values to foster an ecosystem of women entrepreneurs and women consumers.
